I came to Holly at about 8 weeks postpartum hoping to lose the baby weight before a big family vacation and my results have blown my expectations out of the water. Holly’s program is not only manageable but extremely enjoyable for this busy mom of 3. For the past 10 years I’ve considered myself in pretty good shape, but over the past 2 years I put on 10 pounds. In the last 6 weeks I’ve lost 9 pounds and 8 inches. What can I say about Holly, other than she’s amazing! Her coaching is off the charts. She has been there for me for almost a year and has been able to help me during my powerlifting meet preps, reverse diet, and to get my mind and body back on track! Holly has made a huge impact on my life! When starting with her I had tried multiple diets without the sustainable results I wanted. After working with her for a short time I started to see the progress. She not only helped me understand why and how we were tracking my intake of food but taught me how to continue a healthier lifestyle that I can use from now on.
