My intention is to educate, empower, and equip you with the lifestyle tools needed to make sustainable changes in your nutrition approach and body composition. We will work a lot on habit-building and mindset. YES, I want to help you achieve your body composition and performance goals — but I also want you to be able to say that you learned from our time together, and that you feel more confident about making decisions related to food and nutrition for the rest of your life. Hiring a coach is an investment, and will require time, preparation, and dedication on your part to see optimal progress. I proudly offer support, accountability, expertise, and encouragement.

  • I offer fully customized programs and support for all levels and goals. Workouts and nutrition plans will be tailored to your strengths, skills, and season of life. Please use the contact page to inquire about coaching.

  • I am located in the beautiful Emerald Coast, FL and will travel to your home or vacation rental to train you in person! Contact me for availability.

  • I pride myself on offering services and programs that support a variety of needs and budgets. My personalized nutrition/training options begin around $80 per month, and scale based on the level of communication and personalization desired. I also have several free resources available through my blog, social media, and the “Resources” page on my website.

  • Yes! I love working with mamas and mamas-to-be! As a mother and pre- and post-natal fitness specialist, I understand the unique needs of women who have experienced childbirth, or might want to one day.

  • I am not a registered dietician and am not legally permitted to write meal plans, nor do I believe meal plans offer a sustainable approach to nutrition for most people that can be used for the rest of their lives. For those reasons, I do not offer meal plans as part of my coaching services. I can help you create a personal meal template and provide meal examples based on foods you enjoy and prefer. I will work with you to find ways to meet your goals while eating your favorite foods.
